    Data Bunker provides AI-powered data intelligence and revenue optimization solutions, including but not limited to: pricing optimization engines, data analytics, market research tools, and competitive intelligence platforms.

    3. User Account and Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Mexico.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in our AI algorithms, software, and content belong to Data Bunker. Data and results generated remain your property, subject to our Privacy Notice.

    5. Data Use and Privacy

    The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice in compliance with LFPDPPP. We are committed to protecting your information and respecting your ARCO rights.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Data Bunker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including our AI pricing optimization tools, within the limits permitted by Mexican law.

    7. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement with prior notice. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued up to the termination date.

    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Estado de México, Mexico.
